About the event
Our sessions run from 9:30-11:30
At 9:45 we'll gather in circle to share in acknowledgement of country, gratitude, story time, and family yoga. The yoga is fun, repetitive and learned through song, creating a beautiful opportunity for our youngest ones to learn too and continue the flow at home.
sensory/imaginative/nature play follows, along with a warm cup of herbal tea and light snack. We all need snacks!
